A modern & interactive new website

In the last 4 years I've been volunteering in Artepaliativo I've watched them grow into an amazing Foundation present in 12 different centers and helping over 3,000 people each year.

They needed a new website that reflected how incredible they are, explained everything they do, how they work and enabled them to collect donations easily.

They needed a new website that reflected how incredible they are, explained everything they do, how they work and enabled them to collect donations easily.

Automations, bots, integrations & more

All employees/members are non-tech-savvy so I try to be very careful when offering them new solutions or adding technology, everything has to be transparent.

I've managed to move their whole workflow into Drive/Docs/Sheets/Slack, automated several processes, added bots connected to Stripe/Tally/Gmail...

How to manage all interventions

One of the biggest problems was how they could manage all interventions across every center, share information regarding the patients and gather important metrics.

After numerous iterations we created a tailor-made Google Sheets template they could use on each center and fill out everything from their phones on the go.
