I've worked and lived in USA, Singapore and China but I'm currently based in beautiful and sunny Barcelona, Spain.

I started as a coder but found my passion leading teams to their maximum potential. My expertise is taking projects from 0 to 1.

How I work

Research

I scout the whole internet looking for similar or inspirational products and gather all the knowledge I can from listening to stakeholders but specially talking with users. This is the most important step.

Prototype

I create the most basic and simple MVP I can to test my hypotheses. I love no-code solutions and work with Zapier/Make, Tally/Typeform, Airtable/Sheets to prototype and test. The less code, the better.

Deliver

I follow the "Spotify Model" for building products to deliver v1 as fast as possible and focus on iterating the product with real data and feedback from stakeholders & users.

My mantra

Us coders love building crazy solutions and using the latest and fanciest technologies available. However, this approach has a huge impact in the speed and stability of a project.

My approach is the exact opposite, steering away from overengineering and focusing on the core problem to solve. Simple always wins.
